Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a retail skincare role islandwide in Singapore. The successful candidate will promote skincare products, offer expert consultations, and deliver high-quality service to customers at the counter.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, keeping stock records accurate, and supporting in-store engagement activities. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry.
• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service.

• Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2300) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
• Contract convert to perm
