Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM, opportunity, pipeline and client records.
• Prepare clear pipeline reports, forecasts and management dashboards.
• Coordinate proposals, credentials, approvals, timelines and follow-ups.
• Support contracting and onboarding through organized checklists and document control.
• Track dependencies, highlight delays and coordinate stakeholders to keep activities moving.
• Improve recurring workflows and data quality using approved tools.
