Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Business Development Operations to join the BD enablement team. You will drive end-to-end operational excellence, manage CRM-related activities, and support client development and feedback programs.

The role requires proven experience in business development support within professional services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across campaigns and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development operations, account development, or a related function within professional services or financial markets.
• Experience with CRM maintenance and contact management to support effective BD activities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying improvement areas in BD processes and leading implementations.
• Manage CRM-related activities, contact records, and data integrity across systems.
• Operationalise client feedback programmes and support key account development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, pipelines, and proposal processes.
