Job summary

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang (Singapore) LLP is expanding its Business Development and Marketing team in Singapore to support the office and Asia Pacific region across Corporate, TMT, Energy & Infrastructure, Construction, Finance, Employment and Disputes. You will work with 10 partners and 30+ lawyers and collaborate with the CMS network across APAC.

You will help with pitches, proposals and tender opportunities, craft client-facing materials, and coordinate submissions.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have prior business development and marketing experience in a professional services environment.
• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience supporting pitches, credentials, events or directory submissions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing databases.

Responsibilities

• Support pitches, proposals and tender opportunities for existing and prospective clients with lawyers and BD colleagues across Asia Pacific and CMS network.
• Prepare and maintain client-facing materials, lawyer biographies, website content, newsletters and social media content.
• Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, ensuring content is accurate and submitted on time.
• Assist in planning and delivering client events, webinars, sponsorships and networking in Singapore and APAC.
• Contribute to client and business development programmes to strengthen relationships and growth opportunities.
• Maintain BD systems, databases and marketing infrastructure, including CRM and pitch tracking.
