Job summary

Wotton Kearney in Singapore invites a seasoned Business Development and Marketing professional to lead growth initiatives across Asia. Working with the Asia Managing Partner and legal teams, you will drive client opportunities, strengthen relationships, and support growth in Property, Energy & Infrastructure, while expanding into Financial Lines, Cyber, Data & Technology, and Marine.

You will coordinate with colleagues across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand to connect

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, marketing or client relationship management within a professional services environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across offices, teams and cultures.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
• Commercially minded and curious about market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of WK's Asia business development strategy.
• Partner with lawyers and business leaders to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
• Contribute to client, sector and growth initiatives across Asia and the wider firm.
• Manage business development activity, pipelines and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
• Conduct client, market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare client intelligence briefings, strategic account plans and BD reporting.
• Coordinate credentials, tenders, pitch materials and client presentations.
• Support client events, seminars, thought leadership and profile-raising activities across the region.
• Facilitate collaboration between Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand teams to support cross-border opportunities.
