Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales/Business Development Executive for the Bathroom/Kitchen segment, located near Redhill MRT in Singapore. You will build and manage client relationships and drive revenue through new and upsell opportunities.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in bathroom or kitchen products. O‑Level/ITE qualifications are accepted. Occasional client visits may be required. 5-day work week with incentives and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level / ITE qualification.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (bathroom, kitchen, or related industry preferred).
• Comfortable with client visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships; act as main point of contact.
• Identify new sales, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and simple product presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and client information in CRM.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
