Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will manage showroom sales, respond to customer enquiries, and provide product recommendations for kitchen and bathroom solutions, delivering a positive customer experience from first enquiry to after-sales support.

You will be the main contact for showroom visitors and inquiries via WhatsApp, online chat and phone, building strong product knowledge and ensuring friendly, responsive service

Qualifications

• Warm, confident and patient communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions without adopting a hard-selling approach.
• Organised and responsive, with the ability to manage customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
• Willing to learn product features and technical specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on and growing SME environment.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, interior design, renovation, furniture or hospitality is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will handle showroom sales, respond to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations for kitchen and bathroom solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has a strong service mindset and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience from initial enquiry to after-sales support.

About the Role

You will be the key point of contact for customers visiting our showroom and those reaching out through WhatsApp, online chat and phone.

Our showroom customers are typically homeowners undertaking renovations and looking for suitable kitchen and bathroom products. You will understand their needs, recommend suitable products, explain product features and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

You will develop strong product knowledge and provide a friendly, responsive and professional customer experience throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiry to purchase and after-sales support.
