Job summary

TOURLIFE CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED operates a cozy craft beer bar in Fortune Centre. We are looking for a hospitality-focused individual to welcome guests, guide beer selections, take orders using our POS, and keep the bar welcoming and clean.

You will work with a small team, evenings and weekends, learning about our rotating beer list and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive team attitude.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.
• Willingness to learn about craft beer; prior knowledge is a plus but not essential.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.

• Help customers explore our craft beer selection and recommend beers based on their tastes and preferences.

• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring drinks and snacks are served promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar environment, including clearing and sanitising tables and restocking supplies.

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties to ensure the bar is fully prepared for service and properly secured after each shift.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently positive guest experience.

• Develop your knowledge of our rotating beer selection so you can confidently share recommendations and product information with guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, though training will be provided for suitable candidates.
