Join a small, hands-on team, with training provided. The role requires evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and offers opportunities to deepen beer knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Willingness to learn about craft beer; prior craft beer knowledge is a plus but not essential.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Help customers explore our craft beer selection and recommend beers based on their tastes and preferences.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring drinks and snacks are served promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar environment, including clearing and sanitising tables and restocking supplies.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties to ensure the bar is fully prepared for service and properly secured after each shift.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently positive guest experience.
• Develop knowledge of our rotating beer selection to confidently share recommendations and product information with guests.
