You’ll manage FOH and bar operations, prepare mise-en-place, serve beverages, and ensure health and safety compliance. You’ll engage guests with recommendations and handle POS transactions, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months F&B experience (part-time or full-time).
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Oversee FOH and bar operations
• Prepare mise-en-place

• Deliver an engaging and memorable experience for guests
• Provide food & drink recommendations
• Address guest concerns

Transactions

• Ensure accurate transactions on POS, payments

Requirements

• Bonus, at least 6 months F&B experience (full or part time)

Work Schedule

• Generally, 6pm to 10.30pm, or 6pm to 12.30am
• We will assign your shifts based on your next month's availability
• Transport will be provided if your shifts end past midnight
