Job summary

WATCHA MATCHA PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level Bartender in Singapore to prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, delivering professional F&B service. You will ensure quality, presentation, and cleanliness while supporting smooth restaurant operations.

The role requires readiness for rotating shifts, late evenings, and weekends. Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred; Korean dining concepts knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender, Barista, F&B Service Crew, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience in cocktail preparation and beverage service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and beverage preparation.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and uphold Korean dining concepts and service standards
• Team player with good work ethic and professional grooming and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Perform cocktail preparation, including measuring, mixing, shaking, stirring, garnishing, and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Prepare the bar station and ensure all required ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and equipment are ready for service.
• Take and process beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional F&B service to guests.
• Assist guests with beverage enquiries and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Monitor beverage stock and assist with receiving, replenishment, storage, and stock rotation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, glassware, and surrounding service areas.
• Follow proper food and beverage handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor beverage orders during busy service periods and coordinate with the Drinks Runner to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and escalated concerns to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, cleaning, and restocking.
• Support promotions, events, and other F&B activities when required.
• Perform other reasonable F&B duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Level: Entry-level

Department: F&B Operations

Part-Time Rate: $13 to $15/hour and $15 to $18/hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule:

• Minimum 4 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Full-Time Rate: $2,300 to $3,200/month (Depending on experience)

Schedule:

• 5–6 working days per week | Rotating 1–2 days off per week (2 days off one week, 1 day off the following week).

• 45 to 54 hours/week — PH and Weekends closing shifts until 2 AM is a must

Overall Job Objectives:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and beverages while providing efficient and professional F&B service. The role ensures consistent beverage quality, proper presentation, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
