Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Bartender / Service Staff for its refined dining environment. The role covers beverage preparation, guest service, and supporting daily restaurant operations while upholding high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism.

You will welcome guests, take orders, mix beverages, stock bar, and assist with floor operations. Basic bar experience preferred, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, café or fine dining is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Korean dining concepts and service standards.
• Team player with good work ethic and professional grooming and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously.
• Deliver attentive and professional guest service, including taking orders and providing menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Handle basic cocktail preparation, highballs, wines, spirits and garnishes.
• Ensure bar setup, stock replenishment and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking when required.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support floor operations during service hours when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Weekday Rate: $13/hour

Weekend Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Bartender / Service Staff to join INITIA Group’s F&B brands. The ideal candidate has basic bar experience, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences in a refined dining environment.

This role involves beverage preparation, guest service, and supporting daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities:
