Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Bartender/Service Staff to join our F&B Operations. The role focuses on beverage preparation, guest service and supporting daily restaurant operations in a refined dining environment.

We welcome candidates with basic bar experience and a positive attitude, ready to learn. Schedule requires a minimum of 3 days/week, 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, café or fine dining environment is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Korean dining concepts and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously
• Deliver attentive and professional guest service, including taking orders and menu recommendations
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards
• Handle basic cocktail preparation, highballs, wines, spirits and beverage garnishing
• Ensure bar setup, stock replenishment and cleanliness are maintained at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking when required
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Support floor operations during service hours when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Overall Job Objectives:
