INITIA GROUP is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean bar, assist with stock, and support F&B operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Cocktail preparation and beverage service experience are advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and beverage prep.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer and other beverages per recipes and standards.
• Conduct cocktail prep including measuring, mixing, shaking, garnishing, and presentation.
• Maintain consistent beverage taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Set up bar station with ingredients, garnishes, glassware and equipment.
• Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly.
