Initia Group, Singapore-based, seeks a Senior Bartender to lead beverage service and bar operations in a fast-paced setting. You will craft cocktails, maintain quality, train junior bartenders, and collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure timely orders.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in bar environments, strong spirits knowledge, and excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays and shifts until 2 AM.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in a bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails.
• Practical cocktail preparation skills: measuring, mixing, shaking, garnishing.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beer varieties and serving methods.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
• Team player with professional grooming and hygiene standards.
• Food Hygiene Certification where required or ability to obtain it before duties that require it.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, including classics and signature drinks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, their characteristics and suitability for cocktails.
• Recommend cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of wine and beer styles and serving methods.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, measurements, taste, and presentation.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and ingredients for beverage service.
• Manage daily bar setup, stock replenishment, and service readiness.
• Monitor bar inventory and assist with stocktaking and shortages.
