Job summary

Initia Group in Singapore is seeking an energetic Bartender (entry-level) for part-time and full-time shifts. You will prepare cocktails, pour beverages, and deliver friendly service while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail preparation and beverage service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes and prep.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Korean dining concepts and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages.
• Perform cocktail preparation including measuring, mixing, shaking, garnishing and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, portioning and presentation.
• Take and process beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly.
• Provide friendly and professional F&B service to guests.
• Monitor beverage stock and assist with storage, rotation and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Bar and FOH teams during service.
• Escalate guest concerns to Supervisor/Manager when required.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking.
