INITIA GROUP in Singapore seeks a Senior Bartender to lead beverage service, craft cocktails, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with the kitchen and service teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You should have strong knowledge of spirits, bar techniques, and sound customer service skills. The role requires 2-4 years of bar experience, a Food Hygiene Certification, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, including recipes and presentation.
• Practical experience in cocktail preparation: measuring, mixing, shaking, garnishing.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beer varieties, serving methods.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and serve cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, origins, and cocktail pairings.
• Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
• Maintain bar inventory, stock, and cleanliness of bar areas.
• Guide junior bartenders and coordinate with service team for smooth service.
• Open/close bar, perform stock checks, and ensure bar SOP adherence.
