Job summary

Sget Sg Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level bartender to join the team at Chinatown / Raffles. No prior experience required; candidate should be eager to learn bartending techniques and beverage knowledge.

You will handle daily bar operations, prepare cocktails, and ensure quality and presentation of beverages while maintaining a clean, well-organised bar area. Shift scheduling will be coordinated with the restaurant’s timetable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willingness to learn and develop bartending skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bar operations and beverage preparation.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages according to the menu and standard recipes.
• Prepare alcohol, ice, fruits and other bartending ingredients.
• Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of beverages meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor and replenish bar supplies when required.
• Maintain bar equipment and bartending tools.
• Work closely with the team to support daily restaurant operations.

Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 +/-

Work Location: Chinatown / Raffles

Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from MRT

Working Hours

• 6 days per week
• 10 hours per day
• Shift timings will be arranged according to the restaurant’s schedule

Job Requirements

• No experience required.

• Willing to learn bartending techniques and beverage knowledge
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Previous bartending or F&B experience is an advantage, butnot required
