Job summary

SUBZERO PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time experienced bartender to join our mobile bar team. You will set up, serve, and clear bar counters at offsite events, preparing a variety of drinks while delivering excellent customer service.

You should be professional, punctual, well-groomed, and able to work independently during events. A smart attire with black pants and shoes is required, and you will help ensure guest satisfaction across weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

• Work independently to manage bar operations during events.
• Adhere to dress code: black business pants and black shoes.
• Communicate availability clearly to ensure scheduling aligns with event needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support event success.

• Set up, serve, clear, and tear down bar counters efficiently at offsite event venues
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, straight pours, wine, beer, soft drinks, and juices accurately to meet guest preferences
• Maintain a professional and hospitable demeanor to enhance guest experience
• Work independently to manage bar operations during events
• Adhere to dress code by wearing black business pants and black shoes
• Communicate availability clearly to ensure scheduling aligns with event needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support event success
