Job summary

Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a bartender who can prepare and serve cocktails with confidence, welcome guests warmly, and follow Mama’s recipes and service standards.

You’ll set up and maintain a clean, organized bar, handle multiple orders with speed and flair, and work closely with the F&B team in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is required.
• Confident with classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Able to handle bar service without needing to be taught the fundamentals.
• Friendly, outgoing and naturally comfortable engaging with guests.
• Fast, organised and calm in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Good understanding of bar setup, stock handling, cleanliness and closing procedures.
• Dependable, flexible and a strong team player.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
