Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking an energetic bartender who can craft cocktails, engage guests, and contribute to a lively bar atmosphere. Prior bar experience and knowledge of stock handling and hygiene are valued, with the ability to chat and create a great vibe.

You’ll follow Mama’s recipes, maintain a clean, organized bar, handle multiple orders during busy service, and work with the F&B team to deliver memorable nights.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is required.
• Confident with cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Able to handle bar service without needing guidance.
• Friendly, outgoing and comfortable engaging with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks confidently.
• Welcome guests with energy and personality.
• Follow Mama's recipes, presentation and service standards.
• Recommend drinks and confidently answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service-ready setup.
• Work closely with the F&B team and support during busy periods.
