Job summary

VATOSSG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic bartender to join our vibrant team. You’ll craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and help keep the bar and floor running smoothly while delivering warm, attentive guest service.

You’ll work evenings and weekends in a lively, multicultural setting and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Previous F&B or bartending experience is preferred, and you should be comfortable handling multiple orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or relevant F&B experience is preferred.
• Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and serving spirits, wines and beers.
• Hospitable, attentive and motivated to make guests feel welcome.
• Willing to work behind the bar and on the restaurant floor.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks consistently.
• Follow Vatos recipes, presentation and service standards.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth, energy and personality.
• Recommend drinks and answer questions about the menu.
• Manage multiple orders with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Set up, stock and maintain a clean, organised bar.
• Support floor service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
• Move between bar and floor duties based on the restaurant’s needs.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Support opening, closing and general restaurant duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

About the role

As a Bartender at Vatos, you’ll be at the heart of the action—serving bold drinks, bringing great energy and creating the lively, welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.

Vatos combines Korean and Mexican influences, from refreshing margaritas and ice-cold beers to cocktails that complement our flavour-packed food. You’ll prepare drinks confidently, keep service moving and make every guest feel at home. You’ll also support the restaurant floor when required.

Key responsibilities
