Mama Shelter Singapore is seeking a bartender to bring Mama’s unconventional spirit to life behind the bar. Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers and wines with energy and personality, following Mama’s recipes, presentation and service standards.

Join a busy, high-energy environment and collaborate with the F&B team to ensure excellent guest experiences, while staying classy, friendly and fast on your feet.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is required.
• Confident with classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
• Able to handle bar service without needing to be taught the fundamentals.
• Friendly, outgoing and naturally comfortable engaging with guests.
• Fast, organised and calm in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Good understanding of bar setup, stock handling, cleanliness and closing procedures.
• Dependable, flexible and a strong team player.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with the F&B team and jump in wherever needed.
