Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a friendly service crew to join our team. You will handle customer service, cashier duties and dining area upkeep while ensuring quick, accurate order fulfillment.

Duties include selling, preparing and serving drinks and food items, assisting with stock checks, and maintaining strict food safety standards per SFA rules. A team player with a positive attitude is required for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Service-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Food Hygiene Certification & Barista experience preferred.
• Comfortable meeting and interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide good and friendly customer service, cashier duties and dining area cleaning.
• Sell, prepare and serve drinks and food items to customers.
• Assist with stock take and inventory management and replenishment in a timely manner
• Adhere to food safety guidelines according to SFA food hygiene practices
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner

Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices

Maintains safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations;

To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
