Job summary

PATISSIER WOO HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic Barista and Café Service Crew to deliver friendly, efficient service at our Singapore locations. You will assist customers with orders, make beverages and light food, and maintain clean displays in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Ideal applicants have 1+ year in F&B or customer service, strong listening and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Flexibility to work at other outlets or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Provide menu recommendations to customers.
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked and updated displays.
• Perform basic food, sandwich and drinks preparation.
• Assist with clearing tables and washing up.
• Escalate customers' feedback to manager.
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards.
• May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time.
