Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer service-oriented team member for a cafe role, handling cashier duties, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean dining area.

You will assist with stock, food hygiene, and contribute to developing new services, with weekend and public holiday shifts. Prior barista experience and a valid Food Hygiene Certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence required; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene certification preferred; previous barista experience desired.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide good and friendly customer service, cashier duties, and dining area cleaning.
• Sell, prepare and serve drinks and food items.
• Assist development of new services and products.
• Assist in stock take and inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to SFA food hygiene and practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment per company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform good & friendly customer service , cashier duties, cleaning of dining area

To sell, prepare and serves drinks and food items to customers

To assist with developing new and expanded services and products;

To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner

Ensure strict adherence to food safety according to SFA food hygiene and practices

Maintains safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations;

To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
