Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages following company standards to ensure quality and consistency
• Take customer orders accurately and perform cashier duties when required to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, equipment, and dining area to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor and restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service protocols to maintain compliance and customer safety
• Assist with simple food preparation and serving as needed to support kitchen operations
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support daily opening and closing duties to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of café operations
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficient and smooth café operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior barista or F&B experience preferred but not compulsory
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage
