Carlitos Casa de Comidas in Singapore seeks a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations with passion for Spanish-inspired drinks. You will engage guests, manage beverage service, and mentor a small team to maintain high standards of quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bar or supervisory role.
• Strong interest and knowledge in cocktails, wines, and beverages.
• Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Experience with Spanish beverages is an added advantage.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bar operations for smooth service.
• Welcome guests with warm, knowledgeable hospitality.
• Take orders and recommend cocktails, wines, and drinks.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu and standards.
• Train and guide team on beverage knowledge and procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams for seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
