The Lo & Behold Group seeks a passionate bartender to lead the bar programme at Claudine, a French neo-brasserie by Chef Julien Royer on Dempsey Hill. This role shapes indelible dining experiences as the maestro behind the bar.

You will maintain knowledge of cocktail trends, collaborate on seasonal gin-based menus, work with the bar team to run service, engage guests to build lasting relationships, and support floor operations during busy periods.

• Work alongside other bartenders to run bar service operations effectively.
• Engage with guests to build a long-term relationship and increase bar spending.
• Actively participate in floor operations and ensure seamless service while supporting fellow team members during busy periods.
