Strong leadership and meticulous planning are essential for delivering luxury experiences. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience managing high-profile and large-scale events.
• Understanding of banquet service standards and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet teams to deliver high-quality guest service.
• Oversee banquet setup, service, and breakdown for timely execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Events teams for accurate handovers.
• Conduct pre-event and post-event briefings to align expectations.
• Monitor costs, scheduling, and inventory to meet financial targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance across operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and drive improvements.
• Assist Director of Banquet with budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
