Hilton Singapore is seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to oversee daily banquet operations, lead from the front during peak events, and ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office; manage rosters; develop staff; support revenue forecasting and budget alignment; and uphold Hilton standards in service, cost control and hygiene. Long hours during busy periods are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in a managerial position in a 4-/5-star hotel.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with computer systems and hospitality software.
• Motivated, flexible, and able to work long hours during events.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Guest-oriented with high service standards.

• Oversee daily banquet operations and lead from the front during peak events to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

• Address guest feedback and implement service improvements while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare rosters, forecast manpower, and manage department budgets in line with Hilton targets.
• Conduct staff training, performance appraisals, and foster a high-energy team environment.
