Job summary

Recruit Express Group is seeking a Programme/Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of banking projects across multiple business lines in Singapore. You will ensure timely delivery in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements, partnering with stakeholders from Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Data.

You will develop estimates, plans and timelines, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive process improvements.

• Experience delivering banking projects across business lines.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of banking projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams.
• Validate business requirements and assess proposed solutions.
• Develop project estimates, plans, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams through requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Monitor scope, risks, issues, and deliverables across lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare status updates and governance reports.
