Job summary

ABeam Consulting seeks a capable System Analyst/Business Analyst to review requirements for banking projects, analyze end-to-end transaction flows, and ensure alignment between business and system designs. You will coordinate clarifications with business, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders, support governance, and maintain project documentation to report on status and actions.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3+ years in banking projects, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in banking system projects.
• Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience reviewing functional specifications, system design documents, interface specifications, and business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents for banking projects.
• Understand banking transaction flows and ensure alignment between business and system requirements.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and issues within project documentation and processes.
• Coordinate requirement and design clarifications with business, IT, vendor, and regional stakeholders.
• Support project governance, progress tracking, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and support reporting on project status and key actions.
