Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service & Sales professional to greet customers at Kent Ridge or Pioneer, delivering friendly service and product knowledge.

You will promote accounts and debit cards, guide customers through digital account opening, and ensure submissions are accurate and compliant with bank policies.

Work closely with the team, support daily sales targets, and attend occasional roadshows; Kent Ridge 11am–7pm, Pioneer 9am–4:30pm, 3–4 days per week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or banking sales.
• Ability to guide customers through digital account opening.
• Knowledge of bank products, promotions, features and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and complete submissions with compliance.
• Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
