Job summary

A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Analyst to own end-to-end testing for digital banking applications. You will craft and execute test scenarios, document test results, and collaborate across the project team to ensure defects are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities include creating JBehave-based test cases, leveraging JIRA/Confluence for reporting, and maintaining thorough documentation while delivering high-quality output on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in web and mobile application testing in the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong analytic skills to derive end-to-end scenarios and test cases from complex requirements.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and testing life cycles in automated and manual contexts.
• Hands-on experience on JBehave.
• Experience with QA processes and JIRA is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and end-to-end test cases for digital platform UAT.
• Write test cases in JBehave for Agile projects.
• Utilize testing tools like JIRA and Confluence to monitor project status.
• Test web and mobile banking apps with strong attention to detail and timeliness.
• Detect, report, and track defects to ensure proper closure across stakeholders.
• Collaborate proactively with teams to drive issue clarification and closure.
• Maintain documentation and keep project updates current.
