Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a QA team across web and mobile banking applications. You will own functional and API testing, plan testing scopes, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.

You'll mentor Senior QA Engineers, drive best practices, and coordinate UAT with product owners and developers, ensuring compliance with banking standards and secure delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in functional and API testing for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in the banking/financial services domain.
• Proficiency in test management tools (Zephyr, Jira, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to report progress and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Functional Testing Oversight across web and mobile applications in banking domain.
• API Testing & Validation including REST/JSON/XML and payment gateways integration.
• Test Planning & Execution with regression, performance, and compliance coverage.
• Defect Triages & Reporting; daily progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and developers for UAT and compliance.
• Team Leadership to mentor Senior QA Engineers and drive QA best practices.
• Tool & Process Management using Zephyr, Jira; explore new QA tools.
