Aleph invites an experienced Java System Analyst to translate complex banking and payments requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is a solution design and architecture‑driven role, not day‑to‑day coding, focusing on end‑to‑end system design, APIs, data models and integration patterns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
Strong Java background with architecture and analysis focus.
Hands-on Java development experience is required, but the role focuses on design and analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Define end-to-end application and system designs aligned with requirements.
Define functional and non-functional requirements including performance, security and scalability.
Design APIs, data models and integration patterns.
Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the lifecycle.
