Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, investment or financial operations.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately and within established timelines.
• Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts, bank balances and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by the required documentation.
• Work closely with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational controls.
