Qualifications

• 8-10 years IT experience with at least 5 years Dynatrace implementation in banking/financial services.
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace components: OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering; professional Dynatrace certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across on-premises, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Configure monitoring for applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AI capabilities.
• Monitor critical banking applications and establish end-to-end transaction tracing.
• Integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and Active Directory.
• Conduct performance analysis, root cause investigations, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover support.
