Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Dynatrace Implementation Consultant to deploy, configure, and optimise Dynatrace observability within a banking environment in Singapore. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to enhance performance monitoring and operational resilience across critical systems.

The role requires 8–10 years IT experience with 5+ years Dynatrace hands-on work, plus banking domain exposure.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Dynatrace implementation.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is required.
• Experience in large-scale observability transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments.
• Deploy Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across on-prem, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Configure monitoring for apps, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AI capabilities.
• Monitor critical banking apps and establish end-to-end transaction tracing.
• Perform performance analysis, root-cause investigations, and optimisation recommendations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
