Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is representing a renowned bank in Singapore, seeking a senior Dynatrace expert to implement and administer monitoring across infrastructure and applications.

The role covers deploying OneAgent/ActiveGate, configuring dashboards, alerts, and SLOs, and supporting end-to-end performance monitoring. You will also troubleshoot, analyze performance, and document processes for support teams in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in Dynatrace.
• Strong experience in APM, observability and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience with Windows and Linux, web/app servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Dynatrace certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Dynatrace monitoring solutions across infrastructure and applications.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace components, including OneAgent and ActiveGate.
• Configure monitoring, dashboards, alerts, reports, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Support end-to-end application performance monitoring and transaction tracing.
• Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools and operational platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational requirements.
