Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

seeks an experienced Dynatrace Implementation Consultant to deploy, configure, and optimize observability solutions within a banking environment, collaborating with infra, app, and operations teams. You will design and manage Dynatrace environments, implement OneAgent/ActiveGate across on-premises, cloud, and virtual platforms, and build dashboards, alerts, and SLOs while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in APM, observability, or monitoring solutions.
• 5+ years Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace components and integrations with ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, Nginx, Java/.NET apps, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across hybrid platforms.
• Configure monitoring for applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, ServiceFlow, and API integrations.
• Monitor critical banking applications and establish end-to-end transaction tracing.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM, Splunk, and ActiveDirectory.
• Perform performance analysis, root cause investigations, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary

The role involves working with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to enhance application performance monitoring, observability, and operational resilience across critical banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across on-premises, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Configure monitoring for applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AIcapabilities.
• Monitor critical banking applications and establish end-to-end transaction tracing.
• Integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and ActiveDirectory.
• Conduct performance analysis, root cause investigations, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in APM, observability, or monitoring solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, ServiceFlow, and API integrations.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, Nginx, Java/.NET applications, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring platforms.

Banking & Cloud Experience

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Understanding of banking applications, operational resilience, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Dynatrace Associate/Professional certification preferred.
ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Large-scale observability transformation programs in banking.
• Production support, incident management, and SRE practices.
