Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to support a banking client in Singapore. The role focuses on end-user support for desktops and laptops, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic IT documentation.

You will manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, peripheral device setup, log and track tickets, and escalate complex issues to Level 3 when required. The position is based at the Raffles area with business hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and IT ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops and laptops.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and break/fix activities.
• Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding and offboarding activities, and peripheral device setup.
• Log and track support tickets while maintaining basic IT documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the company's Level 3 support teams when required.
