Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. seeks a front-line Retail Banking Associate to greet customers and promote accounts and debit cards. You will guide digital onboarding and ensure accurate submissions while helping customers with product knowledge.

The role covers Central and West locations on a 3-month contract, with 3–4 shifts weekly. Salary up to SGD 15 per hour; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum A level/Diploma/undergrad are welcome.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident, and sales-driven personality.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Customer service experience or sales experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Proactively engage customers to promote bank account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
• Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding.
• Maintain basic housekeeping.
