Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Support Client Advisor / Relationship Manager to service Private Banking clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.

In this role, you will handle day-to-day client servicing, respond to queries, coordinate with internal teams, and support transaction processing such as PETs, account openings, onboarding, data maintenance, transfers, deposits and loan-related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum local Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Banking Operations, Client Servicing or Sales Support within a financial institution.
• Candidates with experience supporting Relationship Managers, Client Advisors or high net worth clients will have an advantage.

Job description

• Support Client Advisors / Relationship Managers in servicing Private Banking clients; ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Assist with day to day client servicing; attend to client queries and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve enquiries and service issues promptly.
• Process banking and investment transactions accurately and within required timelines; including Post Executed Trades (PET), account opening and onboarding, static data maintenance, asset transfers, deposits and loan related transactions.
• Prepare and collate client documentation, account information, reports and other materials required by the Client Advisors / Relationship Managers.
• Follow up with clients on documentation, transaction instructions and outstanding matters where required.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Operations, Compliance and other support functions to facilitate smooth transaction processing and client servicing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team to ensure a high standard of client service.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures; elevate exceptions or service issues to the relevant stakeholders where necessary.
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Meticulous and organised with strong attention to detail; able to handle transaction processing accurately in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
