Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Associate to handle settlement, corporate actions, and client statements across equities, bonds, funds, and deposits.

The role trains on new systems, participates in UAT, and works with stakeholders to improve workflows and reduce operational risks while supporting vendor payments and staff claims where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handling settlement of wealth management products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits)
• Handling Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements
• Trained to be trainer to the new system, participating in system UAT
• Suggesting improvements to operational workflow to reduce risks
• Processing Deposits and Remittances for Corporate Banking
• Processing Accounts Payables including vendor payments and staff claims
• Managing SWIFT Alliance system operations
• Co-ordination with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Carrying out other duties as assigned by supervisors
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job description

• Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.
• Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements
• Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT
• Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks
• Processing the Deposits and Remittances (D&R) such as Deposit accounts and remittances for Corporate Banking
• Processing the Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims (non-Oracle)
• Management of SWIFT Alliance system, including processing of SWIFT
• Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Carries out other duties as and when assigned
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
