Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and reporting tools.
• Familiar with CRM systems and bancassurance processes.
• Ability to interpret sales and commission data and provide insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with bank stakeholders and internal teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner Coordination: main contact for operational affairs with banking partners; regular updates and task monitoring.
• Sales & Commission Reporting: compile, verify sales results, commissions, and perform reconciliations with accuracy.
• Initiative Execution: support rollout and monitoring of projects to boost bancassurance results and client satisfaction.
• Opportunity Identification: discover new business avenues; present at least one actionable opportunity per quarter.
• Compliance & Audit: ensure regulatory compliance; prepare audit documentation and implement corrective actions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with underwriting, claims, and operations; resolve escalated issues within SLA.
