Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Officer_Intermediate to support the Institutional Banking Group in bancassurance sales. You will identify client needs, provide insurance advisory services, and drive insurance product sales with a focus on LIFE and GI solutions.

The role involves working with IBG RMs to deliver value through bancassurance offerings while ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Identify corporate clients' needs via account plans and provide insurance solutions.
• Provide insurance advisory services to bank customers.
• Drive sales to achieve insurance product targets.
• Deliver bancassurance solutions in the assigned segments.
• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
• Execute LIFE and GI sales strategy with a structured selling process.

Responsibilities

• Actively partner IBG Relationship Managers to identify client needs via account plans and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Develop and provide insurance advisory services to bank customers.
• Drive frontline sales to meet insurance product targets and grow the bancassurance book.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers & Relationship Managers to deliver insurance planning advice to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations, and controls set by the bank and regulators.
