Job summary

Dona Manis Cake Shop in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production & Operations Supervisor to oversee daily bakery production operations on the shop floor. You will coordinate production requirements, allocate manpower, monitor quality, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Experience in bakery, central kitchen or food-production is valued, but strong operations, planning, people management and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations or production supervision.
• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) required.
• Able to plan production requirements and allocate manpower.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in F&B production or bakery is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily production according to sales requirements, orders and production schedules.
• Translate daily and upcoming orders into clear production requirements for the team.
• Monitor production progress throughout the day and adjust as needed.
• Ensure orders are completed to required quantities, quality and timelines.
• Coordinate production during peak periods, festive seasons, large orders and events.
• Maintain clear communication and handovers between production staff and other departments.
