Job summary

NGT CONFECTIONERY 2 is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor for our bakery outlets in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service and product presentation. The role requires strong leadership, shift flexibility, and a focus on safety and hygiene to maintain consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, bakery or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently.
